Scot Cohen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WRAP Technologies (NASDAQ: WRAP). Scot Co-Founded WRAP Technologies in 2016, after developing a passion for helping law enforcement and the communities they serve due to years of admiring his brother's work in public safety.

Scot has served in various capacities for WRAP since the Company's inception and played an integral role in leading all rounds of WRAP’s financing, totaling $90M. As the longest standing board member, Scot has led on M&A, capital markets, recruitment both inside and outside the boardroom, government affairs, and is a key driver of the Company’s push into wellness. He has over three decades of experience spanning multiple industries including institutional asset management, wealth management, and capital markets.

An entrepreneur at heart, Scot has worked with many fellow entrepreneurs and companies at all stages and sizes, both public and private, from initial idea to multi-billion-dollar public market capitalization, and has structured hundreds of tailor-made deals to help companies grow through various scenarios. Scot founded and served as Principal of the Iroquois Capital Opportunity Fund, a closed-end private equity fund which focused on investments in North American oil and gas. He also co-founded Iroquois Capital, a New York based hedge fund which managed approximately $300M of assets across its family of funds.

Prior to Iroquois Capital, Scot founded a merchant bank, which actively participated in structured investments in public companies. Scot is currently active on a number of company boards including Horizon Global and Charlie’s Holdings Inc. and is involved with various charitable ventures, including running his own charitable foundation that focuses on delivering mental health & wellness support, coaching and education to law enforcement and government officials.

Scot lives in Miami with his wife and two children.

Bruce T. Bernstein

Bruce Bernstein has over thirty-five years of experience in the securities industry, primarily as senior portfolio manager for two alternative finance funds as well as in trading and structuring of arbitrage strategies. Bruce has served as President of Rockmore Capital, LLC since 2006, the manager of a direct investment and lending fund with peak assets under management of $140 million.

Previously, he served as Co-President of Omicron Capital, LP, an investment firm based in New York, which he joined in 2001. Omicron Capital focused on direct investing and lending to public small cap companies and had peak assets under management of $260 million.

Prior to joining Omicron Capital, Bruce was with Fortis Investments Inc., where he was Senior Vice President in the bank’s Global Securities Arbitrage business unit, specializing in equity structured products and equity arbitrage and then President in charge of the bank’s proprietary investment business in the United States.

Prior to Fortis, Bruce was Director in the Equity Derivatives Group at Nomura Securities International specializing in cross-border tax arbitrage, domestic equity arbitrage and structured equity swaps. Bruce started his career at Kidder Peabody, where he rose to the level of Assistant Treasurer.

Bruce serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Xwell, Inc. (Formerly XpresSpa Holdings, Inc.) the leading airport spa company in the world, based in New York, serves as a Director for Neurotrope since November 14, 2016 and, Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York (Baruch).

Marc Savas

Marc Savas has over thirty-five years of experience in accelerating revenue for companies, and is skilled in developing and guiding leadership teams, executing tactical, strategic and technical plans, and brings a comprehensive understanding of organizational efficiency.

Marc currently serves as President of Vector97, a privately held waste hauling and recycling consulting firm, since February 2012. He has overseen Vector97 from a startup company through engineering its sale to SIB in June of 2022.

Marc remains President of Vector97 and has joined the SIB leadership team. He currently serves as a Director of SRAX since October 2015. Previously, he founded Unfair Advantage, Inc. and Living Full Blast, Inc., a management and efficiency consulting firm serving the Venture Capital and Legal vertical markets serving as Chief Executive officer until January 2012.

Marc has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Motivational, Inc., a charitable organization, from July 2020 to present, and as a member of the Board of Directors of RMP, a charitable organization, from December 2022 to present.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Arizona University of Flagstaff Arizona, and completed the Executive Development Program of the Marshall School of Business of the University of Southern California.

Rajiv Srinivasan

Rajiv Srinivasan is a sales and general management professional in the technology and software industry. He has served in senior sales & management roles at Microsoft, VMware, & MobileIron serving Enterprise & Global Account revenue growth.

He was on the founding team of Morta Security, a venture backed cybersecurity company acquired by Palo Alto Networks. Rajiv began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star & Combat Action Badge for service in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Rajiv sits on the Board of Families Against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM) where he supports legislative efforts to end mass incarceration. He has written for the New York Times and Time Magazine on military and veterans affairs and mental health.

Rajiv holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University, and a BS from West Point.

Vice Adm. Tim Szymanski

Vice Adm. Tim Szymanski is a native of Wilmington, Delaware. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985. He completed a Master of Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy at Joint Advanced Warfighting School.

Tim’s previous Naval Special Warfare and operational assignments include platoon and task unit commander at SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team 2. He served as troop and squadron commander and as operations officer and deputy commanding officer at Naval Special Warfare Development Group. He commanded Special Boat Unit 26, SEAL Team 2, O6-level Joint Task Force in Afghanistan and Naval Special Warfare Group 2.

Tim served as deputy commanding general sustainment to Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan/NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan. Szymanski served as assistant commanding general to Joint Special Operations Command prior to assuming command of Naval Special Warfare Command.

Tim's previous staff assignments include officer community Manager for NSW and enlisted community manager for SEALs, Navy Divers, EOD Technicians and Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen. He served on the Joint Staff as the J3 deputy directorate for Special Operations as the Global War on Terror branch chief and as chief staff officer of Pakistan-Afghanistan Coordination Cell.
