Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 15, 2024, Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an update on its ongoing operations and announce its schedule for reporting financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
