Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial
Condition
On March 4, 2021, Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release to announce the
Company's financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31,
2020. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current
Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The attached press release
corrects the stock compensation expense for the three months ended
December 31, 2020 and 2019 appearing in the press release issued on
March 4, 2021.
